Is Premier Driving School and it's instructors licensed and certified in accordance with State and Federal regulations?
Yes! Premier Driving School is licensed by the state of Washington to teach traffic safety education in the classroom and behind the wheel. We are also a certified testing facility to provide the DOL Drivers license testing, which is included in the cost of tuition.
What are the hours for scheduling or general questions?
Phones are answered Monday-Friday 10AM-5:30PM, or Saturday 9AM-5:30PM, when our office is open.
What type of vehicles does Premier Driving School use?
Vehicles currently are 2017 Chevy Cruze, 2- 2015 Honda Civics, and a 2019 Nissan Versa.
What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday 10AM-5:30PM, Saturday 9AM to 5:30PM

Walk-in State testing hours are:
Mon - Fri: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Must Start written test 1 hour before closing. This is done at first come first serve basis


When do I need my permit for class?
You will need your learner's permit before the 2nd class.
How long has Premier Driving school been in business?
Premier Driving School has proudly been serving the Tri-City community and outlying regions since May 2005. We have an excellent reputation within the area which is evident in the number of students that travel many miles to attend our school. We are proud to say that we have served students from Vancouver, Walla Walla, Othello, Grandview, Prosser, Hermiston, Patterson and several other communities. We thank you all for your continued trust in us!
Is Premier Driving School operated under local family ownership, or part of a large franchise?
Premier Driving School is NOT a large franchise but a locally owned family business that truly cares about their students. You will often find us on the sidelines cheering them on in their various activities and sporting events. Because our family members use the same roads as our students, we have a vested interest in ensuring that we teach our students to drive safely and responsibly. This is more than a business for us. We honestly care about each of our students and will go out of our way to help them succeed.
When I call, will I get a person or answering machine?
When you call you can expect to be directed right to our office. We try our best to answer in real time, but we operate with one person in the office most days and you may get the voicemail of our phone. This is for a variety of reasons, so please, leave a voicemail regarding your reason for calling and one of our great instructors will get back to you ASAP!
Does Premier Driving School welcome students with learning disabilities?
Premier does their best to accommodate any disability. Premier instructors have experience working with many learning disabilities and will use experience and knowledge to handle each situation the best way possible.
